01 CL-S Cold Blooded

When the temps drop in Wisconsin my Acura is sluggish. It starts and runs fine but noticeably lacks power. As always, I'm very gentle on a cold engine with never more than quarter throttle till operating temperature, but there is definitely something not right. After a few minutes it warms up and back to normal. Question is there a inlet air temp sensor that may be reading wrong? Any other ideas? Thanks.

It was the transmission. Just did the AV6 swap from a 2007 Accord and all is perfect now

I was going to say that. I was experiencing the same and mine failed. Currently in the process of doing the swap!
