I know the owner of the blue TSX, he's actually a good friend.

On other news, I'm selling the Lexus, that's why you saw it looking pathetic at C&C.

I actually shipped out the wheels to the new owner last Friday, so that's why you saw it with the stockies. As of right now, i'm getting away from the car scene, I've been in it for a very long time and have blown countless amount of money into it, so the next car might be a mini van lol, that way I can resist from modding it (I know you can mod and make vans cool, but it's not something I want to do).

Teaser.

Got my headlights sanded down yesterday. Look 50 times better now.
Anyone know a good place to do the 100k mile service? Or whichever service it is where you change the timing belt, water pump and I dont even know what else aside from spark plugs and oil.

Jody Wilkinson Acura any day. They stand by their work and warranty claims.

Think its under 1500 I believe. Don't quote me on that. Also buy parts from http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/jsp/home.jsp

There's a big difference buying it retail vs online. Some parts are fine but the big ones are better online

God damn lol.
Yeah the parts I have needed were only about 2 dollars cheaper online. So I figured why not just see how friendly the dealer is.

Makes sense. Yea bounce back and forth. I'm putting in SS brake and clutch lines and trying to do a couple things here and there to drop that cost. :P Its a big service and is really important so its worth it. My 200K service is gonna creep up on me soon. Gotta be ready for that.

I wouldn't advise going to Honda. If you want trustworthy work I'd say JWA. They've done 1500 dollars worth of work on my car for free so far just because I took the car in for a check up. They're really efficient. Thats just my

I bought my car from them. They weren't good at being descriptive with what they were doing to my car. Just shady overall. I went to Jody and they took good care. Got loaner's even for relatively small work. Better feedback on warranty claims, and the service guys were 100% transparent on what they did to my car. Given the aftermarket mods they haven't ever denied me my warranty claim. So overall just really great. I've taken my wife's Celica in too and they've been really accommodating despite the fact that they don't usually work on that brand.

Thats the facebook page. Its every saturady at beans and brews. Pretty chill meetup with a bunch of cars across the board.

I agree Jody Wilkinson all the way!! I had my timing service done there. Also you could talk to a service manager and see what special they have going on? or see if they can give you a discount. I got 200 bucks off mine.

Mike Hale is terrible! I sent my wife to get a battery and oil changed and they said (because it was a girl) there was a leak in my pipes...and it would be 500$ to fix. I had her hand them the phone and I asked all these questions and they would beat around the bush about it! Never going back there!

Phambams headlights are black housed. Mine sre as well. Looks great on WDP.
Ill have to get a quote from mike hale, I originally started going to Jody Wilkinson because the prices just on parts were way better. Anyway I ordered the timing belt kit already.
No cars and coffee for me this weekend. Hoping to grt my tl-s suspension thrown on since I have bad shocks. Also, my brakes sound disgusting., new rotors in the back, front ones were resurfaced last week, any idea what to try next? Pads are fresh as well.

Lol if anyone has a full a spec kit for sale locally lmk. I'll buy it in any color since DGP is not available.

Has anyone had problems with inspections for their blacked out headlights? I'm tempted to do it but it would a pain in every part to take it back out or order new lights if the car wouldn't pass.

It wont be an issue. Its not like tinting that actually blocks light output. The only thing a shop could really get you for is if you didnt have orange turn signals, so just get switchbacks and problem solved. Although in previous vehicles I've had white lights and got passed with no problem.
