Copied from FB event:
This cruise is to remember the service men who have given the total sacrifice to protect our freedoms. One of our USAF HH-60G Pave hawk helicopters crashed in the Helmand Province on June 9th 2010. Four of the six USAF airmen lost their lives in this tragic event while trying to do their job. The men and women (both in the air and on the ground) in the Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) world are affected by these terrible events that often go unnoticed. The CSAR world is one that is often forgotten, when people hear the word "Air Force" they immediately think about fighter pilots and big cargo planes. The mission that CSAR covers in the desert is not one to be taken lightly. They are tasked with picking up any and all combat casualties; this includes US forces, coalition forces, local civilians, and also terrorists.
While it's not necessary, and donations would be greatly appreciated and will go directly to http://www.thatothersmaylive.org/ this money will help the families that have lost loved ones during our war on terror.
Currently this is being brought to you by 801 Muscle Cars and UTR, but we are working with a couple other local groups to make this big.
It doesn't matter what you drive; car, truck, van, motorcycle, hoopdie, come out show some support and maybe donate a couple bucks!!! It's going to be a great time!
Legal stuff:
That Others May Live Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization established in 2002. That Others May Live Foundation provides critical support, scholarships, and immediate tragedy assistance for the families of United States Air Force Rescue Heroes who are killed or severely wounded in operational or training missions.
Disclamer:
That Others May Live Foundation is not endorsed by the DOD nor any of its components nor is any implied. The Foundation receives no federal funding and relies on individual and corporate contributions.

from utah department of safety page:
...The driver and front seat passenger side windows must not allow less than 43 percent light transmittance. All other windows behind the front seat have no minimum light transmittance requirements...
it means we can go any level of tint on rear seats and need to have min 43% trasnparency for front, correct?
What tint levels and colors do you guys have?

Thats correct. My front driver and and passenger side windows are at 43 % and I have all the back windows as dark as I could get them which is 5%.
To keep the heat out the tint will help but just get a heatshield for your windshield.

So if the meet is still going on I will not be able to make it (last minute boating trip)
Cheeko: I would suggest a heatshield those work wonderful.
I have 5% all around including the front driver/passenger and my windshield is 35%. Please don't tell the cops

You have those pretty dark then! I was too nervous to go that dark in front because I heard it was a cop magnet.

Well, if you know how to do it. Go ahead and save some money. But you dont want to have it start to bubble up (like most DIY tints) Honestly you get what you pay for. Take it to a shop. Thats what I did. Well worth it

It is a cop magnet! From the looks of it, it does not seem like the meet happened yesterday. If it did I hope the turn out was awesome. I am down to meet this week if we have enough people that want to.

Created a facebook event so it doesn't get lost among all the other car shows. Just invite yourself over so no one forgets and feel free to share it.

I know I said I would go to support you guys, but it looks like my mother in law is flying in on that Sunday, and I don't think the wife would be too happy if I leave.
