I'm going to dyno my car soon

I figured, why not try set up a dyno day and get a bunch of cars out to see what everyone is putting down


Right now, I have a few shops that I'm looking at. I have to give them a call back and talk to them about getting some kind of discount if enought people are interested..

I guess whoever is actually interested can get a list going, I'll start off.

Oh and the rear spoiler. I'm sure that adding a 5lb spoiler will give me +25WHP.
Also 19'' not so light-weight TSW wheels should give me +45WHP.

So... I already know my dyno should be around:
427 WHP
9Billion TQ

I haven't added anything too drastic or expensive that changes the dynamics of my car's performance to really care if it actually added the whp/tq as the companies "claim".

BUT if there's more than five people that sign up, I'm down.

How much for the dyno, and how many runs? Also, which shops were you planning on doing it at?

 

I'm waiting Mac Autosports to give me a call back.. Import Sports said, they need 10 cars, and it would only be $25. BUT they can't do it in the cold they said It would have to wait till spring they said...

 

I just got off the phone with Mac Auto, he said $10 off the regular baseline rates. So that would be $55, and would need 10 cars.

 

I don't have anything at all. My car's pretty much stock. But, I plan on doing some before and after runs

Besides, I've gone to a lot of dyno meets in the past with pretty stock slow cars. I just do it for fun, I pretty much go to see all the other cars that will probably show up with lots of goodies

I'd be down for a dyno meet . Spring/Summer
My car is pretty much stock, cept for K&N Drop in Air filter. Also need new tires. Was lookin at TireRack.com Nice tires on there and the price is pretty good. Far less then what i would pay at ne other tire store around here.

But, I think it'd be best for me to be present with you if you do decide to go with Discount Tire as he will actually opt for a "buddy" discount as opposed to word of mouth.

 

I did my dyno and tune through Corsports, but they no longer do it. They also used an off site dyno place over off of I-76 and Pecos.

i be willing for a meet then, but first of all i gotta put in my , been kinda too busy at work, to even feel like doing it , but i think for most people to go on the dyno it kinda depends on how many runs you get for how much $ (not just a single run ethier)
