Does anyone want to have a meet before the summer ends? I think we should try to get all the Acura people in CO on this and other Acura forums to do a meet, even if we could join with the Honda forums as well. Anyone up to it?

 

Depending on location I would probably be game to meet up.

Somewhere with a good backdrop of downtown at night would be pretty cool. Find a good parking garage. Or the World Tuner Challange is September 19th. I went last year, it was pretty cool. Thinking about entering the TL-S to race this year.

 

I almost always have a hockey game on Sunday and Monday nights. I can meet up on Sunday afternoons, Saturdays any time or pretty much any weekday evening outside of Monday.

 

 

I like the Sunday meetings. I work till 7 but I would still come out to the meets either way. Other wise I'm available Tuesday and Wednesday.

 

Maybe invesco field would be a good place until football season. Anyone else got any ideas for other places?

 

Could do King Sooper Parking Garage, Parking lot by UCD Police Station, Parking lot by the Skatepark Downtown. Or a secret location by the church right off of I-25 thats not so secret haha.

I'll be down for that. There's another thread here talking about that meet, they've got a bunch of people meeting up at park meadows then jumping on 25.

 

Thats what I figured would be best. I'll be there for sure. Only problem with Park Meadows is all the parking lots are as full as they can be. Depending on what time of day you go of course.

Where would be a good place to meet there?

Just and FYI, Red Rocks does not permit the use of their parking lots without prior permission, and rental payment. I went through all this 2 years ago with them for organizing a meet for HAI. I tried for a month. Could still go there, but they may kick you out and not sure if or what trouble you could get into. I just avoided it altogether. Clement Park is a nice alternate place to go and if you arent using their shelters you do not have to pay to go there for a get together.

 

We should find a good overlook in the mountains somewhere. Adventurous drive there, good place for a photo shoot? just an idea.

 

We had a meet at Red Rocks not too long ago and we didn't have to pay a rental payment. We didn't even call anyone. Just showed up, hung out, took pictures, and left. It was cool.

 

Didnt pay since you guys didnt call, just saying. I will ALWAYS get permission to use a place before going there. I've learned that is best since organizing meets for a few years now and since i am always traveling hours to get to them. I dont want to get kicked out of a place for not asking. If we just did a TL meet there though i doubt we'd get in trouble since there wouldnt be the amount of cars we were having show up to the HAI meets there back in the day. But trust me, you are supposed to get ahold of them to use their lots for a gathering.
