Canadian Bacon!!

Finally found one, been wanting on one for a while. I know some of you that frown at this, but you are probably new to the "JDM/or Import scene" and never seen the JDM or Canadian gauge cluster's. Well get in the game, because this is hot!!

Whatd it run you if you don't mind me asking? From being a tuner kid in my younger days, this is still a "mod" I'd jump on if I can find one. JDM is where its at.

p.s. there are no JDM RDX's.

and the only thing different about the canadian cluster is that it shows kilometers in bigger numbers so that its easier for canadians to drive the speed limit without converting it in their heads.

and you probably lost your true mileage of the car, as the mileage/kilometers are stored on the cluster.

swap it back to stock, you lost more than you gained with this mod.

I'm going to keep it short. JDM/Canadian was hot back in the day, and I'm sure it still is. Why would I care about true milage of the car when I'm getting a fully built motor?

Actually, aside from the "kilometers in bigger number" the parking brake logo differs also. Something JDM/Canadian heads know. I'm sure there are other little things here and there like celsius. I'll post other things when they pop up.

the RDX was never sold to JapanLand, so it cant be JDM

and why the heck would you want your temperature in Celsius?
unless you like doing math and converting it on the fly

I know Japan never launch the Acura line, lets get that out of the way. Most of the Acura's here are Honda's there. Like the TSX here is the Accord there, etc.. Now, when I say JDM/Canadian I'm saying for all that know about JDM gauge cluster and for those that know about the Canadian gauge cluster. And this is the performance side of RDX community, not the help side, I got this dude. Watch me perform..

I think it looks nice, but I don't know what the OEM one looks like in comparison...at this point it's just a pissing contest. Bottom line, I think we can all agree that you were being a little tongue in cheek when you wrote JDM. I guess it's now synonymous with "super dupe cool".

Ken, you do live in the U.S.?

whats the point of different brake icon and larger kilometre numbers, when you dont even use kilometres.

and i'll say it again, there is no JDM RDX. so, there is no JDM speedo cluster.

Yeah, I gotta go with the desenters or dementors here and say, what????? Is a KM Gauge cluster a mod? Is this a joke posting? So can I put one of those Hula dancing bobble things on my dash and call it a mod? Hey, look, when I accelerate, the Hawaiian girl shakes her hips? All tongue in cheek guys. Do what you want. I am still stock and waiting on warranty period to be over.

So since we're talking Canadian models, where do they indicate the windshield washer fluid level low. Where is the light located?

The most annoying thing about Canadian clusters is the TPMS - it shows the tire pressure in Kpa instead of Psi.

... Good thing I'm putting in the foot work so they don't have to in the future. It's seems that I have hit a major artery in some of the TL members.
