HUNTINGTON HONDA IS CAUSING ME ALOT OF MONEY.
I've had suspension issues since last summer (toward the end of my bumper to bumper warranty) and I have brought my car to them numerous times to have them check it out... The answer has always been "everything is ok"....
I brought my car there in February to get an oil change and had them check the suspension... "Everything is ok"...
Just around a month ago I found out that my compliance bushings were TORN AND RIPPED APART TERRIBLY. Called Huntington Honda and spoke to Mike Haynes... The same IDIOT that has dealt with me numerous times prior... I threatened (and meant every word of it) to go to Honda America and have someone there tell me how compliance bushings could get torn apart in just 3,000 miles....
He told me, after suggesting that his people aren't capable of missing something like that, and maybe some other shop CUT my bushings so I'd buy from them..... To bring the car in, and if I supply the bushings, they would replace them free of labor (my car was about 16k out of warranty)....
So I brought it in and had them replace them... I THEN ASKED FOR THEM TO CHECK EVERY OTHER PART OF MY SUSPENSION INCLUDING ALL OTHER BUSHINGS ON MY CONTROL ARMS.....
He said they did and that "Everything is ok".....
Fast forward to yesterday, I had a member here check out my suspension.... Turns out that both my lower ball joints are bad, the smaller bushings in my control arms are cracked, and ALL MY STRUTS ARE BAD and one is even leaking oil!!!!!!!!!!!!
THAT MEANS HUNTINGTON HONDA MISSED ALL OF THAT!!!!!!
BAN HUNTINGTON HONDA!!!!!! IMBICILES!!!!
