NY State Inspection

Whats up all...Soooo my 06' has fallen victim of the "HFL battery drain" issue. I jumped it and was able to start successfully. I took it for a state inspection and failed because of 2 sensors not ready, EVAP and Catalyst sensors.
Was told to drive 50 miles to get the car into "ready state". So off I go and was able to get the EVAP sensor ready. Based on this link (https://dmv.ny.gov/brochure/what-do-...cars-not-ready)
my car would pass if I take it with 1 sensor NOT ready. I'm unsure since that link is dated 6/2014 and with newly enforced laws (tint laws) I might fail. Do I need to keep driving more? Read around regarding drive cycles but no luck and drove a little over 200 miles
in various conditions. Anyone with a more recent info?
