well idk, thats what they told me
Im honestly about to get rid of the fucking thing im so frustrated with it at this point.

This is why i HATE bringing my car to Acura, i dont trust them and i had absolutely no clue what was wrong with it when i dropped it off so im in no position to argue with them.

carrie...
its alright. things happen and like you said, its better that you caught the problem before it got worse.
think about it this way. would you rather pay the money for those parts/service or have your suspension fall apart on you on the highway?

maintenance is a must, whether we like it or not. just try and be happy, it could have been a lot worse.

Im gonna wait till i get my car back and see how bad my rear tires are, im not making any decisions on that just yet.
I knew my rear tires had some camber wear on them, i had them on the front when i had that awful camber wear issue. I swapped them to the back when i bought the 2 new front ones but they werent that bad, nowhere NEAR unsafe.

Whatever, im gonna suck it up and pay for my maintenance and ill worry about the tires this weekend after i get my car back. If the 2 rears are bad im not replacing them with toyo proxes again. As much as i hate having different tires on my car i HATE those toyos

Carrie, I went 25,000 miles past the point when I was suppose to replace the timing belt/water pump.

Not everything needs to be done on time. If the car isn't showing wear to that part then it may not be time to do it yet.

Carrie: Pirelli P-Zero Nero M&S are your friend. Pricey yeah but they fuckin' own. I'm on my second set and love them.

Sorry this shit's happening. I agree with Jon, though. As they say, you gotta pay to play. Be glad you're pro-actively taking care of the problems. Having stuff come apart at highway speeds (shit, even at 30mph) would be bad for sure.

yea im gonna research some different types of tires and see whats good.

Honestly im thinking of throwing my stockies back on and just getting some good all seasons. Im gonna need to do that in 4 months anyway.

I was thinking of getting some different wheels and tires next summer (something with a different offset) so i dont wanna replace the tires on the aspecs just to use them for another few months.

I only do all-seasons, living up here. Summers are too risky for the colder fall days (it's possible to wake up in late October and have it be freezing out, I don't want to be on summers then). Ultra-High Performance All Seasons haven't steered me wrong (no pun intended).

I'd love to run summers year-round, but the climate makes that unfeasible, and since I don't own another set of wheels, I need tires I can rely on in all conditions.

and Mike, i dont think my TB/WP NEEDS to be done just yet but i dont want to wait till it breaks before i get it fixed.
Ill take care of my current issues then worry about the tb/wp. It needs to be done soon tho, i cant let it wait too long, i wont

Carrie when you're ready to do your TB and WP LMK. There is a tech at my moms dealership that does work on the side and he could do it for pretty cheap if you buy the parts. I think he gave Kevin a quote on his Accord a couple years ago of like $400 IIRC.

Carrie, the only tire I use to run on my Accord were Kuhmo Ecsta AST's. They're VERY affordable, and they're a great tire.

Then try to find the Hankook Ventus HRII V405

They are the ultra-performance all-season and I had them on my Accord. I LOVED them, and now I have the Ventus V12 Evo's on the TL and I LOVE those too.

I think I'm a Hankook Ventus faithful now. The performance has been amazing for the money. Justin will probably agree, he's seen what they can do, lol.

My brother got a set of the Ventus HRII as well and he loves them.
