ok here goes

so i painted and put on my wheel spacers last install day
ok fine, no problem
i went out later that night and got half way to waterford and felt something not right, i immediately pulled over and checked everything which seemed to be fine so i continued on

i get all the way to Niantic to my friends house and I was so nervous i jacked up my car and took off my tires to check them, they were fine (the spacers AND the tires)

so im driving home later that night and im like FML its getting worse, i get off the highway and check everything AGAIN, still fine

i get off my exit and decide i better stop to check them again because i could feel that something was not right.
My driver side rear spacer was visibly loose, you could see a gap between the hub and the spacer. So im like okay, im NOT driving like this but i dont have a jack thatll fit under my car. So i called chris to bring my jack.

I jack up the car and take the spacer off and the ring thingy that goes on the inside of it is all chewed up, im like WTF really? I take the other one off and its fine.

so apparently it came loose somehow and maybe thats how it got chewed up?
IDK but im 100% positive that that spacer was tight before i left my house AND when i checked it in Niantic it was tight. The whole situation just made me nervous and the fact that i had to remove my spacers on the side of the road in the freaking dark SUCKED

heres the thing tho, i know the spacer was tight and i know it was on correctly because i checked it TWICE, i felt that something wasnt right after driving for only like 10-15 minutes.....something is wrong here

It's the song "No Stress" by Laurent Wolf. Lyrics:

I don’t wanna work today
Maybe I just wanna stay
Just take it easy cause there is no stress.
I know it’s not an awful crime
Something special in my mind
Nothing’s gonna cause me distress.
I text my baby on her phone
Try to get her Sexy body home
That’s the way I wanna spend my day
Got to find an alibi
Cause I don’t wanna waste my time
I don’t wanna feel this stress.
It’s not that I’m lazy
I think I’m just crazy
It’s not that I’m lazy
I think I’m just crazy
It’s not that I’m lazy
Think I’m just crazy
It’s not that I’m lazy
I’m just crazy

[instrumental]

No stress

[instrumental]

I think I’m just crazy
No need to fight against my feelings
Because the life is not depressing
No need to fight against my feelings
Because the life is not depressing
Repeat. lol

well they do come loose. depending on which ones are loose and how your car is sitting, they could appear fine. this happened to me too, didnt notice any gaps on the spacer until i drove it to the honda dealer and they guy pointed it out right away.

I don't remember is Steve actually "felt" his or not. I thought I remembered Justin saying that when they were removing Steve's wheels they just kinda "discovered" the loose nut.

But since Steve didn't feel safe with them, he sold them to me. lol.

I'm just giving him a hard time

no, thats not actually the reason I got rid of them, just didnt need them once I got new rims. I actually only had one incident.

I could feel it. I thought it was the rear bearing assembly since I checked the spacer and did not notice anything. you'll here a clicking or clunking as the spacer pulls away from the hub and then re-contacts. its not just going to fall off.
