...I think you lost me.

Were you just wishing that the Dinan S3 was available for 20-grand less than the price shown? That would make sense I guess.

But I wish that every car was 20-grand less than they are, lol.

I'll bet you could buy a 335i, do a stage three Dinan tune, Dinan suspension, intake and exhaust and it will come out cheaper than buying it off the showroom floor, and you'll get the same power.

I would prefer a sedan over a coupe. I personally think they look better. I'll take mine in black.

The stage 3 Dinan tune by itself raises the car to 398bhp and 429ftlbs of torque at a price tag of $2699.

if you read the fine print to achieve that you need their larger intercooler and the exhaust.

vishnu procede rev 2 (comes WITH exhaust and intake) for 3G's.

420 hp.

they've been featured in magazines and are a proven company. only advantage to getting dinan is warranty retention.

Yes, I've been researching a bit....

Steve, Justin.....

Honestly how much of a visual difference would the 1" drop make from the prokits? Enough to make the car sexy.... or not enough to hide the fact it's 4x4 as fawk.... I know it's a GOOD 3-finger gap at least right now.

I'm having a hard time deciding wtf to do....

Jeezus, were those Carrie's stock shocks too? The rolling shot looks like she's pretty low, but I guess that's because she's hellasunk. haha.

thanks steve, check out the pics in your album too.

If I can grab a set of Skunk2's I might do that since they drop 2" and 1.8" and they're much cheaper than H&R Race. I just have to see if they could do 3-day shipping in time for me to install them Thurs/Fri. If not, then it looks like I'll be doing the Eibachs.

Just do the Eibachs Kevin. Borrow them from Carrie for a couple weeks, and give them back after we install the coils. It won't cost you anything, and it'll kill most of your wheel gap.

If it didn't cost me anything, I would.
But I'm not crazy about having to buy them and then sell them once I get the coilovers.

If I have to do that, I might as well get the skunk2's. Ya know?

I'd let you just use them kevin, but I feel like if I dont sell them now at the begining of the summer, it will be harder to sell them come july/august and I dont want them hanging around anymore, I may be moving soon.

It's your call man, I'm not trying to entitle myself to your springs or anything, lol.

Just trying to see what makes the most sense for me. Borrowing the springs for 2 weeks would be cool.

But having a good 2" drop for CanAm would be so much more satisfying. I'm waiting for Marcus (Heeltoe) to call me back. If they do 3-day shipping and ship out today, I'm considering just getting the skunk2's. That way I'm not tying you up at all and we wouldn't have to figure out how I'd get them from you either.

2 weeks is different than the 1 month+ that carrie described.

you can do that, but I would appreciate if you try to sell them when you are done with them for ~100 and just gave me the money.

I think we are supposed to get together on that Saturday so we can get things buttoned up before CanAm. Kevin is out of town that weekend though.
