been mia for awhile.
any advice on a ny speeding ticket off horace harding... near little neck parkway
56 in a 30 zone cop pulled me out of a pack of car following traffic.
First speeding offense in nyc, the rest was out of state or more than 3 years ago?
People say I should fight it but what are the next steps I should take? lawyer?

Fucking company cancelled on a photoshoot this morning...after I drive all the way out to Portchester smh. Annoying morning.

Fall Nationals 
I got pulled over on some BS. I was driving along with traffic (8AM) on merrick in LI and cop hops out from behind a parked van and waves me to pull over. Asked me why I was doing 47 on a 20mph School zone from 7AM-6PM. I didn't even argue. I never even noticed the damn 20mph sign it didn't have any flashing lights and its effective for 1 block which is where he sets up to catch people as they drive by. Settled for 3pts instead of 6pts(27 over) they changed it to running a red light. $180 in fines plus $50
for mandatory Safe Driving course. First speeding offense in 7 years driving.This was back in July.
