Like I said......I simply don't care. The NSX is a work of art IMO. If I had a choice between a C5 Z06 and say....a 99 NSX-T.....it would be the NSX-T....hands down......I'll wave as you blow by me on the highway, with a shit eating grin on my face.....

I think a more appropriate opponent for a Z06, would be the NSX-R......still though.....you're missing my point.
I "like" vettes, they're a great value HP/$, but the styling is meh. 30 years from now a C5 Z06 isn't going to be worth what an NSX would. They're just too common. ZR1....yes....a future collectors car by all means, Z06, not so much.
Buying an NSX right now, would actually be somewhat of an investment if you could hold on to it, keep the miles off it and not back it into plows. But FUCK that. I would daily the shit out of that thing. You only live once.

z06>nsx, car vs car, looks wise they are similar looking, I think i like the newer nsx's better though. doubt I would ever find one for the price I'm looking to pay though.

One is an exotic...the other is a fast sports car, but not an exotic. Depends what you want.
But, based on the NSX's status as an exotic, it is therefore > Corvette.

if im driving the sht out of the car, I'd rather have a fast sports car. If im just cruising it a few times a year, Id rather have the exotic. cars are meant to be driven.
performance wise zo6>nsx
collector wise nsx>zo6

Again, not sure if you can compare a mid-engine car to a very fast front-engined RWD sports car. Different beasts.
Anyhow, get what makes you happy. If you want more discussion, post a poll in Car Talk.

Justin made the point before the nsx would be a good investment since it is considered an exotic and its value will rise over the coming decades. thats why I would not want to drive it, even though I most definitely would still.
Not sure why you cannot compare a sports car to a sports car, regardless of where the engine resides. its still a sports car.
nsx costed more new, why can I not compare a car that costed less? z06 gets better mpg's, why can I still not compare it?
Theyre both built to be sports cars, nothing else. I should be able to compare their performance.

^ Apples and oranges.
Mid-engine car vs. front-engine car. One was built to take on the great Ferrari in the 1980s.
Using your logic, I'll go compare my FX50 with a Lamborghini Countach.

nsx being a mid-engine should help it in the performance dept. anyway. not sure why that matters.
I like the nsx, but for the money you can get more performance elsewhere. id still rock one tho if you anyone wants to donate!
