It's inspection time again. I wont pass because tint on the front windows are not legal but I'm hoping to find a shop that is willing to pass me with the tints. I removed the tints then reinstalled them last time. I'm trying to avoid doing that again this year. I'm in N. NJ specifically Morris County but willing to drive a reasonable distant to get it done. Any suggestions is appreciated. Thanks

 

They supposedly only check emissions now and the check engine light. There's another thread on here somewhere and they all say they're passing with Tints now.

as said in the other thread.. they don't check the 'safety' portion of the inspection anymore... so tints won't fail...

but don't think that the cop waiting outside the inspection office won't give you a ticket when you pull out after passing inspection...

 

That was me. I went with tinted windows, custom tails and head lights, hid reverse lights. Went right through.
