So finally came time to work on my wifes 04 MDX
with 186k on the clock
i did the following
t-belt kit with new tensioner
new radiator (started to leak on the bottom ) with new rad hoses
new front engine mount
valve adjustment with new spark plugs ,new valve cover gaskets
coolant cross over pipe gaskets (wasnt leaking but i figured with the manifold off it was easy access
new thermostat
cleaned out the gear on my starter (it was making noise at start up)
put in aftermarket trans cooler to by pass the radiator cooler
cleaned out throttle body and intake manifold from carbon build up
restored headlights
will post pics

Paul just completed the sooner than needed 105k maintenance for my 2003 Acura CL-S. (prepping for sale soon)
As well as headlight restoration/brake work/transmission fluid flush and other odds and ends he noticed and informed me about...and worked with me to take care of.
I highly recommend Paul and his work he sweats the details and does incredible work.
Some "clickable" pics below of my headlight restoration and motor maintenance.

hey paul
i got 78k on my 2009 acura tsx
i've just routinely changed the oil, oil filter, drain/filled the atf, new tires and new brakes so far while i've had the car.
i think i'm supposed to do a coolant drain too? i bought the fluid but haven't done it yet.
anything you recommend my car needs for maintenance?

replace the radiator hoses ,over time they dry out (just a precaution)get that out of the way at the same time
cabin filter been replaced ?
whats good about those cars is that they have minimal maintenance.
check your front lower control arm bushings (compliance bushings ) the tear over time
