Do to the cold weather does anyone have any suggestions of a reputable hand car wash? I prefer something in Westchester, but willing to take the trip to the bx.

Take it to Oakley's...lol...you get a 48 hour garranty. If you don't like your wash for WHATEVER reason take it back within 48 hrs and they wash it again...I live at the hand car wash in the summner but for now I just take it to Oakley's...tip the dudes drying the cars and they'll make sure you look right b4 u pull off.

thanks fellas...i got my car washed at oaklys once by the machine when it was stock height...and car behind me jump the tracked and hit my bumper....not a fan...havent tryed the handwash there...

Next ti Life cleanes on Nepperhan Ave is the BEST detailer / hand car wash place known in Westchester, the guy is top knotch. Its in a double garage and ther'es usually a line, but he takes good care.

sounds good...might try it this week..would i have a problem getting in...im lowered with a greddy exhaust...some of these place im rubbing and scratching exhaust to get in...

Not at all, these guys detail ferarris and all, they have a garage that is drive in style and they close the doors when the car is in. No automated rails or anything. The owner loves his job and sometimes, I am in a rush and he won't let the car go until he is happy with the results. Goes the extra mile, really. I'll try to get his exact address and phone # when I go to the warehouse today. He's literally a 1/4 mile away from our warehouse on the same street.

My 1999 Acura 3.2TL was in a parking lot and someone left a new car wash advertising card on my window. So after work, I decided to pay it a visit and it's a decent place which offers three (3) different wash:

-Crispy $24.00,
-Super $20.00,
-Classic $15.00,

and there're the individual services ranges from $1.00 to $7.00 USC.

What caught my attention was when you reach your 10th car wash, you'll get it for free.

A funny thing they wrote on the ad card is
"The Best Hand Job in the Bronx."

I found that hilarious. lol

Hastings on Hudson there is Ervis right off of Warburton (behind Straub Auto repairs) I get my car washed there frequently and they do an awesome job

Splash on Lincoln Avenue in Mount Vernon (next to Johnny's Pizza)
