I always see this guy on Southern State Pkwy during rush hour cutting people off driving like a mad man and its not just once in awhile its every time!! How can we report this to the cops to get his ride impounded? Do I just call the local PD?

dont call 911 but do call a local police number.

say hes driving erratically and its very unsafe for motorist. tell them the location in which he is traveling.
