Do points transfer from New York to Pennsylvania?

So I racked up a few points since last year onto my license. After I went abroad this semester, my parents took off the plates, registration and insurance from my car because they wanted me to get my own insurance since they didn't want to be liable for my actions with the car. Anyway since I'm going back in May, I want to switch my license over to Pennsylvania since insurance is cheaper. I have a house in Philadelphia, so I can change transfer my license over there.

I have 6-points from a speeding ticket and another 2-points for disobeying a traffic light (made a right turn when the light said straight) so that's a total of 8 points on my NYS license.

So yeah, does anybody know if points in NYS transfer over to PA?
