Curb Rash Repair CT/NY

My good friend is returning his lease and has some pretty bad curb rash on one of his aluminum wheels. The dealer wants to charge him a shitload of money to replace the wheel, so im looking for a place in the Fairfield/Westchester county area that does a good job and can make it look like new.

Any suggestions on where to go and what do you think itll cost?

Thanks in advance

The dealer wants to charge $2600 to replace 2 wheels...ridiculous. It is a 2008 Range Rover Sport, I think the wheels are 21".

In this forum there's a thread for fixing curb rashes, I think $150-$200 per tire. I remember seeing some locations in the Bronx but there's definitely spots in LI. IT might be cheaper for you friend to do it that way.

This place is not local, but they do a good job. They will send you the wheels, and then you can returned the defective one and be credited for it. I have used then twice for my wheels on my 94 850 Turbo.

for a lease you dont need a high quality fix i think.
theres a place called al's hubcaps in mineola, long island.
if you wanna pay good money for one of the best jobs in ny?? then theres kevin @ sl metal restoration. hes the one that did my volks and then did the full polish on the lips instead of the original anodized silver. came out great, but i paid about 750? that included unmounting and mounting/balancing + fixing curb rash + fixing bends
