Wow, snow chains anyone? Its funny how he doesn't even lift up until the end when it goes over the car and how he uses the car for leverage. I would be very pissed because he wasn't even careful and didn't care.

i understand maybe one hit, but the multiple hits though (and even the guy in the video, very annoying btw, is woundering why he was never chained up)
but then again it was probably a city worker, and he does not give a shit (and probably still has a job too), and insurance will pay for the car/SUV (i see it quite a bit with city workers, not securing equipment down properly on trailers and such, such as having loose chains)(or here's one, the trailer popped off the hitch ball while driving, and i don't think the guy on safety chains on for some reason either; luckily was at a slow speed though)
