I am looking into an after market alarm, and am having to choose between the 5706v with remote start ($820), the 5706v and just no remote start installed ($620),or the 3305 v ($400)

Being in Seattle I know means that signal will be cut down by a LOT. I am wanting to know what anyone in Seattle or just any big cities have to protect their precious babies and what they have inside.
