Avoid Concord Blvd today, there is a smog checkpoint on that road, they pick up random cars to smog them. (they will most likely select the ones that have any kind of mods) If you have intake or something on it, might get a citation as well. So beware.

its crazy my bro got pulled over in fremont because his car is "modded"

he only has tinted tails, tinted turn signals and 35% tints all around except for wind shield.

cop said car is "unsafe" and if he doesn't go home and fix all these and if the cop see's the car he will impound it for 30 days and arrest my bro.

Hah yeah I had a sheriff that I could have write off my tint tickets, but after the 2nd one I got tired of the hassle and had them removed
