Sooooooo...has a site been decided yet?

I was thinking that same parking lot Rescuer displayed in his pictures of the Subaru meet.

That was my original location and I'll get out there this weekend and take some pics and post the area to get everybody on the same page.

The parking lot is HUGE and easy to find right when you enter the Presidio.

That parking lot leads to different outlets if we wanted to branch of and go on a drive, go to eat, go take pictures....

I personally don't think it is very crowded.

No where in San Francisco on a Saturday is exempt from traffic.

This is a good location with open space.

Other car clubs have met there without issues.

Last year...Acurazine went to Ocean Beach...I would say that is a busy location.

The Presidio is mellow.

Well I haven't posted for awhile...but seeing how I live in city, why not, count me in. I hope I can install my clear headlights/hid fogs before then....my ex is holding my clear headlights hostage...bi-ch!!!

I personally have no issues with the location...:2cents: the one from last year (Ocean Beach) wasn't bad either... :thumbsup: we just had to hog up some spaces at the parking lot tho..lol

I been to that lot many times, JROTC used to have their competitions on that lot. It's HUGE! :thumbsup: !

We can make an autocross track, play a football game and hold a concert if we wanted. :tomato:

I brought football to All-Cali meet, but we never got to it as the lawn was weird, and we were eating/drinking/grilling. I'll bring again just in case. I hope to have new lenses by then.

Plan was to eat somewhere, grillin consumes lots of time plus weather may or may not be on our side.

It's coming up...need to put some thought into that.

There isn't anything I can think of that would accommodate our group size that has parking.

This isn't the south bay with parking lots everywhere....most places don't have a parking lot so that is going to be challenging.

The first places that come to mind are something like a TGIF but that's in San Mateo or San Bruno...always get the two confused.

I don't think grilling is going to be in the cards....it could.

Today was beautiful weather in the city.

If we went somewhere in San Francisco it would have to include parking in a garage and then walking...

We could go to Joe's Crab Shack in Pier 39 area....parking garages in the vicinity.

Decent prices...beers....good selection.

That's one idea and it's relatively close to where we will be at.

Ok...so to be a TRUE San Francisco Meet I think we need to find a place here in San Francisco and make it work...I'm going to keep looking.

Forget my idea of leaving San Francisco....that doesn't work for everyone and is ultra lame ass

There are thousands of restaurants in the city and just need to find one that works...:thumbsup:
