^ Thanks for clarifying.
Yes...with daylight savings time I think it is appropriate to start a little earlier. |

Have you ever visited the Presidio? Basically...I would say it is a park. A park that has a lot of old remnants from the Fort Mason days and this is where they use to house the military and people still occupy a lot of the homes there. Very quiet place and lots of space. I don't expect congestion to be bad at this time we are meeting up. |
I really have a hard time believing that people can't afford a $5 bridge toll.
Most of you I assume run premium gas in your vehicle and that's expensive enough that I would think you should be able to afford $5 for bridge toll. I would have to pay it if I was visiting other areas where some of you live...:2cents: |
We're chinese around here!
;) and yes, I do need to find a job closer to home :( |

I am well aware of what that area has to offer and knowing the typically poor weather and road conditions from previous meet experiences, imo there are much better areas to do a meet and greet.

the i-club (subaru crew) had an incredible meet in SF/presidio just two months ago.
we did some driving up the coast, and all around presidio. we were supposed to have a photoshoot at fort mason, but it was blocked off that day. and the legion of honor was packed. we did a few good spots though. here are two of my pics at the huge parking lot in presidio where we took tons of pics http://subyjeff.com/gallery/v/i-club..._3883.JPG.html panoramic (8884x919) http://subyjeff.com/gallery/d/11977-3/pano4.jpg |

The roads in that area are not bad either...maybe if you go up in some of these other areas in the Presidion but I've honestly never had an issue. BTW...Resuer, Your first link for pictures does not work. |
