You are a brave man to allow the dealership to wash your car. They use the crappiest soap and dirty rags to dry your car.

Maybe it's just the dealerships I have dealt with .

 

I wouldn't let Nissan touch my car. The redwood city Acura dealership does a good job at washing cars. They use some decent stuff.

Whenever I tell them not to wash mine, they look at me funny. I guess they think I am crazy to pass up a free car wash. A $12.95 value!!!!!

 

I make it a point for them NOT to wash the car. It's not like they are doing us a favor by scatching up the paint.

 

I feel very fortunate. Acura of Pleasanton always offers the courtesy wash and do a fair job of washing my car. So far I haven't seen any scratches from their handy work. However, sometimes they leave a few water spots on my car.

 

Acura of Pleasanton tried to shaft me on my CL.. Since I was living in Livermore at the time, I had to take it in for some unusual rust near the rear window.. They claimed the the detailer took car of it... I could still see rust, so i just took it into Stevens Creek..( where I bought the car ) The car had to go into the body shop to have the metal prepped again, then painted.. Detailing my ass...

Oh, and if there is a fat lil' pinoy guy there, smack him for me.

I won't have my car till tomorrow cuz they had to order some clips for my seats.

 

They give my EXTERIOR a good wash, but when they do the interior, they would leave spots on my leather (most likely from the window cleaner liquid...I think )

In another episode, this same Top Gear host said the NSX is for geeks, even though Teh Stig drove it in the wet and posted a very fast time near the top of the time chart. . I guess he thinks he's too good for Japanese made cars.

I put down 244 w/ 228 ft lbs with the pop charger and exhaust. This will be the first one after the headers. The guy said the headers were good for 14hp / 14ft lbs at the wheels. We'll see.

 

Comptech messes up Gary's X = Comptech builds Gary a full race engine.

 

 

That would be nice but I'd have to do without her for a while, so that would be bad.

 

A 400HP n/a engine would be BAD too!!
