The car came from Sunnyvale Acura, but my original selling dealership is Acura of Concord, and this is my second TL (replacement). They are buying back my 2 month old one due to problems I already discussed.

Thanks though .

Oh yeah, for sure. The site says 97 350z's confirmed. That's only 97 350z's that ate at Red Robin. I didn't sign in. Also, there were a good 30 G35 C's and S's. I would say another 20 other makes and model cars. Just a huge meet..

Yea, no oil leaking or anything but my passenger tire is gone. The inside sidewall got slashed, found it flat this morning.
Me and Rolie were moving at a pretty good pace down I-5. When we his Stockton, it slowed down a bit. We were rolling the fast lane and I seen Rolie get over in the #2 lane. I thought there was an opening, so I got over and gunned it a bit. I heard him on the 2 way, but couldn't understand him. Finally I heard, "There is a cop behind me." Luckily, I let off the gas before that and didn't continue to go. I seen the cop get behind me, so I just pulled right over.

He didn't have radar, just saw the Zizzle take off. Luckily he was cool and not a CHP.. I don't think a CHP would have let me off the hook so easily.

However it went on, it stripped the shit out of the threads. The endlink was jacked. It just needs to be re threaded and it should be good to go. The nut might have been angled just a bit when it got put on.

I put that end link on (or tried to).....that nut was dead center on, and it ate the shit out of those threads.....I've heard of self-locking, but self-destroying?

One thing I have notice about honda threads, is that they are fussy. There have been times that I have put them on, and it seemed to start okay, only for them to not be on correct.

I wasn't insisting that it wasn't put on correctly. Just threw that out there as a possibility. Hope you weren't taking offense to it.

Bummer... have them test fit the nuts to make sure they are giving you the correct ones.

I think that road to Comptech was a good run, and we should do that after Glen n Marlene's on our way home more often It doesn't beat the hard-core twisties that are after Glenn n Marlenes, but it does give us a nice run to digest our food

But it is probably more traveled than the other twisties and hence, better patrolled . None the less, it should be added to our twisties list.

Yeah, that road is nice. I agree with Gary about the cops though. We can always push it in the turns and mellow out after.

I think one of these days, we need to go hit the HardCore twisties, and then come back to Glenn n Marlene's for lunch. We and drive straight to the twisites to save time
