Well taking the video would not be a problem, we would jsut have a camera in everycar, but the hard part would be the actual broadcast of it

I'm thinkin' use someone's laptop, and get a PCMCIA Card that hooks up to a cell phone. Hopefully that will work, but i dont think that's gonna be enough bandwidth for video
