Everyone should check out the SmartWax Products.
Their "SmartLeather" made my seats HELLA soft! It was definately worth the $13
www.smartwax.com
Too bad the closest place we can get it is San Francisco... So Cal has hella places though.
I'm debating wheater I should get Aerospace 303 Protectant or SmartDressing for my dashboard. SmartDressing is for dashboards, leather and wheels. It kinda worries me that it's for wheels becuase I dont want my dashboard to be super shiny, it already has a really bad glare as it is.

Not familiar with Smart Wax product lineup but the Aerospace 303 is phenomenal stuff for console and dash instrumentation.
Some people use it to dress the engine bay as well.

But...to clean leather seats I follow this information from people who consistently or professionally detail cars...
https://acurazine.com/forums/wash-wax-23/cleaning-leather-seats-723953/
Most people recommend a ratio of Woolite to Water.
Then follow up with a conditioner after a proper cleaning of the surface.
Also...something to keep in mind.
If you want suggestions on All-In-One (AIO) Products.

Vehicle leather upholstery is made from natural hides, chrome tanned and uniquely treated with a light pigmented water-based polyurethane coating or a vinyl covering to make it more viable for automotive seating. It retains the softness of natural top-grain leather but resists fading in direct sunlight, which besides body oil / salt, is leathers worst enemy. While leather that is vinyl-coated is relatively easy to care for by virtue of its protective plastic surface, it is also inaccessible for purposes of maintenance.
Reminder; you are dealing with the finished surface coating and not with the leather itself. Meaning, of course, there is absolutely no point to using leather conditioners on plastic coated leather.

+1 Poorboy's Natural Look is a great 1 step product, it has more of a tropical scent to it.
Poorboy's Leather Stuff is essentially the same product, it cleans, lightly conditions and UV protects in 1 step, but also smells like leather.
Another good maintenance product for a light clean and UV protection is Optimum Protectant Plus.
All three of these products leave behind a nice matte finish that isn't greasy or oily feeling. A little goes a long way too, not much product is needed.
Unless you plan on doing a full restoration, I usually stick with simple 1 step leather care products.

hmmm yea Carlo is picking me up a bottle of that stuff so i dont have to worry about going down there to get it. IM sort of interested in the aerospace 303.
Took off the headlights or the wheels. Headlights are back on for right now until 2morrow probably. Those are wheels im picking up 3rd gen TL wheels for 200 with tires no curb damage and ill pick up tires from a member that i kno that owns a tire shop down in the bay somewhere....
I was at autozone and I saw this duplicolor paint that looked like it will match my car pretty well so its 5 bucks a can so im gonna grab 2 cans and hit a small part on my car and see if it matches and if it does im going to have a day in the park...

Did you do any research on the stuff?
I'm conducting some research on SmartWax.
Apparently it's made by Chemical Guys, which is good.
But intended more for the mainstream hobbyist, which I'm not sure is good or not.
The good news is that it's consumer friendly.

I got some questions out on detailing forums to answer a few things.
But so far...everything is looking ok.
I always do research on products before using them on my car.
After researching so much...I know how wildly different product quality is.
Reason being that I don't want to waste my money or buy inferior stuff.
I'll share what I hear back...

okay, people to get the ball rolling on the caravans to all-cali, i need some suggestions on where to meet for the sac caravan.
we have pratically narrowed it down to a couple of dealerships in the elk grove automall. the Acura dealership is too small for us too meet there, so the others left were the saturn dealership and the ford dealership.
I suggest the ford dealership because its close to the entrance and has a large, empty lot (dealership has closed).
