Photoshoot location suggestions please

So does anyone have any good suggestions for a photoshoot location in the south bay (SJ, Santa clara, Milpitas etc.)?

Pics would help too. thanks guys!

Calaveras on some part of the mountain road is usually nice -- bottom, middle, top.

I used to take pictures around NetApp in Sunnyvale. They have a nice garage. Beware of garage attendant. They may ask you what you're doing. We rolled up there with 5-6 cars, and dude was just gawking at them.

San Jose around the Tech Museum and IMAX has a few streets with a nice sets of palm trees. You'd probably have to go at night to avoid traffic and beware of SJ PD. http://goo.gl/maps/AFP0g
