not very many flashy areas to take pics in hayward. i usually just take pics down near my dads shop which is in an industrial area which is usually empty in the evenings. from 880 you'd take the winton exit and head west toward the water and just keep going and you'll drive right into the industrial area. some decent spots here and there. just keep an eye on on the railroad crossings, some of them are ugly.
