pretty sure he's referring to them as the same location. the parking there isn't very obvious. meaning there's a small business office there behind the shell station with more hidden parking behind it (along the creek). source: me, lived here for 31 years

like UA6 mentioned before, that K-Mart lot is empty as hell since they closed. this shares a lot with the McDonald's on Chilpancingo, less than a block west (behind) of the shell station.
