Canon 40D body gripped, low actuations

Model:Canon 40d gripped.
Actuation:

Price: 575 shipped (paypal gift) 592.25, Non gift thru paypal
Would like to sell locally, but will consider shipping in US only.

Items included: Body, Canon Strap, Camera Battery, Grip w/ battery tray for AA use.
Reason for sale: Need to pay for school.

I have a pristine 40d that unfortunately i need to sell only to pay school coming up. (Sorry the camera phone pics. only camera i had other than this.)
