I have an AudioControl LC-8 processor I bought from woofersetc a couple weeks ago and dont need it anymore . I opened the box ready to install it but decided to go another route . It has never been installed but I opened the box to see the manual . I paid $199 plus shipping from woofersetc (I have the gray one) .....Im gonna let it go for $130 shipped or we can trade if anyone has an Pioneer GEX-P920XM that is what Im looking at cause I just bought the Pioneer AVH 4300 DVD HU

I have this and i'm curretly putting together a customized system for my 2G CL-s and all i keep hearing about is processor this and processor that. To be honest, i haven't looked into the perks of having one of these things. What can you tell me about it and is it merely a glorified crossover?
