Smile New from Miami, FL

Hello everyone,
I just registered to acurazine but have visited the site many times before. I own a 2004 Acura TL 5 speed automatic with 186k miles. I just got it running yesterday due to water being inside my engine after driving through a huge puddle. I believe the engine was hydro-locked based on what I read on other posts. My car sits low to the ground and I have a cold air intake which easily sucked up the water.I had to clear the engine of all the water, purchased new spark plugs and change the oil. I will be using Seafoam as well to clean the fuel system.

you caught it before it hydro locked.
water cant compress. so if it did actually run through your engine, you'd have bent metal pieces, which would result in a locked engine

dont be surprised if later down the road, your engine goes kaput.
