My Dream Car
Hello,
My name is Deric and I just bought an 08 TL-S on June 7th this year.. I have wanted this car since 2009 in the 9th grade... I purchased it from a private party for 11k.. It had exactly 91,610 miles on it... I found Acurazine Nov-Dec of 2016 and have been on the forums ever since reading about the 3G TL life... It's NBP... It had a blown engine at 50k miles and Acura replaced it with a brand new one.. They also did the timing belt and water pump when they replaced the motor so I am good for another 40~50k miles... (I believe, Acura gurus correct me if you want) I am not a big mechanic but my best friends dad is a parts manager at Honda so I get the employee discount every single things which is awesome... I wanted to comment on a new thread in the 3G section about the General G-Max AS-05 tires but I couldn't so I just decided to make an account finally. I probably won't post much unless it's under other peoples topics because any questions I have are literally answered in the thousands of pages in the forums.. I have taken some pics but not a lot.. It's stock besides the window visors someone recommended on here (I forget the brand but not OEM) and plasti dip on the grill... I hope to do more when the the time is right..
