Hello, my name is Rickeye and I am a speedoholic. I'm addicted to going fast, like as fast as whatever I'm driving can possibly go. And so, I have read and heard some people say that tl's and cl's aren't fast...I disagree and I guarantee that if those same people rode with me, they would change their tune. Anyway, I'm always looking to go faster, so I'm building an 01 cl type s. I currently drive an 03 tls and I picked up the coup for free from someone who thought the motor was blown. It wasn't, it was a timing belt tensioner, but it jumped time and had a ton of miles on it, so I went ahead and pulled it out. Another friend gave me a tls and I pulled the motor and trans, added headers, CAI, straight pipe exhaust with an old cherry Bomb that I had for my 74 Nova, some colder plugs and some TLC. I'm now in the process of putting it into the cl and the plugs are incase I install the nitrous dry shot setup that I have. Would like to find a manual six first, but I need to get er goin asap, so the six is gonna have to wait. So there's my introduction...any tips and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
