While I am new to this forum, I am not new to the fabulous Acura brand, having owned two Gen-1 NSX’s and hosting two huge multi-days NSX events in and around NYC back in the late 90’s. 3+ months ago I happened upon a 2021 NSX which only had 500 miles on it—the Acura dealer (Acura of Ramsey) bought it, drove it 500 miles exactly, and parked it in his showroom as their halo display; which is what it is—and I was lucky enough to purchase it.
It’s an extraordinary automobile—wildly underrated and under appreciated (not unlike the first NSX)— and since purchasing it have put on about 1,100 miles.
I will post some pictures shortly.
I also have had a 10-year plus history on the Jaguar F-Type forum (hosted 9 events in Maine for drivers all over the country) and who knows….i might even get the bug to host an Acura event in the future?
Received these today from Patriot Acura in Scarborough,Maine— Maine’s first and only Acura dealership (I have no affiliation other than being a friend of the owner and a customer)—where I have lent them my NSX for the winter:
I’ll post a few more under a different thread too soon.
Thank you. While it’s probably true for all cars, NO photo—regardless of how many I post—does justice to actually seeing this car in person. It’s stunning. Despite pathetic sales numbers—and this is coming from the previous owner of 2 Gen-1 NSX’s—anyone who “knocks” the Gen-2 NSX is wrong! No matter. The only one who matters is me and I think—know—it’s spectacular.

Very Gorgeous Casino White Pearl NSX! Enjoy it, it is a beast of a super car! Also welcome to the Forums! I'm sure you are over on NSX Prime too?

Thank you for the welcome. It’s actually not Casino White Pearl—it only appears to be in those photos the dealer (Patriot Acura)sent me). I was never a big fan of a white car BUT knew I wanted my NSX in white. (See below). And, yes, I’ve joined NSX Prime a few months ago. After all these years I am still friends with the founder of Prime, Lud.
I believe on the AcuraZine Forums you only get a certain amount of time to edit a post and after that time has passed you can no longer edit the post.
Not to dispute you—although I am 🙏—that can’t be it as I noticed a few grammatical mistakes immediately upon posting. In both Jaguar Forums and NSX Prime there is an edit tab on the bottom of each post. It’s not a big deal but I do like to be able to correct a few things now and then.

It might be that I am still a new member? See, had there been an edit tab I could have added it to my last post instead of starting a new one .
Welcome to Acurazine. Does the NSX's performance meet your expectations?
Thank you. Not ever seeing one in person—and not really reading anything about it before my purchase (of course since my purchase I’ve read many articles and watched, and rewatched, quite a few excellent videos; including the James May review, the Chris Harris review, and the lengthier Jay Leno review. Among others. Mind you all 3 of those were made when the car first came out in 2017)—I had ZERO expectations.
Having said that and having owned 2 Gen-1 NSX years ago added to my past relationship with Acura along with what I consider their stellar brand and reputation, I just felt it in my bones that I would love it. Seeing it in person (no photos no matter how great do seeing the car in person any justice whatsoever) and it was instant lust. Having driven the car now over 1,000 miles since I picked it up lust has turned into love. And, a long term commitment. I.e. I’m never selling it.
Regardless of any reviews AND dismal sales—my 2021 sold only 123 or 124???—and to sum it up in one word, it’s: EXTRAORDINARY.
Best regards and thank you for the welcome.
Jay
P.S. Of course I did watch, then and now, the fabulous Jerry Seinfeld/Jay Leno Super Bowl Commercial back in 2012 numerous times.
