I just recently bought an 2006 Acura TL and I love it. It already sounds nice but I can tell that it sound so much better! I've watched a lot of videos on multiple ways people have modded their TL's and I decided I really want a deeper sounding exhaust. I really don't want my car to sound like rice. There is this video and I love the sound of his car, I was just wondering if there was a cheaper way to have my car sound like that? Another thing is I want everything to be legal and I want to be able to pass emissions without any hitches. I was just curious what I could do to start working towards the end goal of my car sounding like that. I was thinking about adding a K&N CAI or an AEM K&N 2006 Acura TL 3.2L V6 Air Intake

I am not sure which one is better but I am really interesting in getting one. What are the first steps I should take in making my car a lot more enjoyable? I was thinking of just simply replacing the interior halogen lights with LED's and maybe adding a rear spoiler which you can see in the link below

I appreciate anything you can help with. Everything is bare bone stock except the headlights are LED and the tranny has been replaced.
