3G TL Base to TLS Conversion need advice

Greetings everyone

I have some spending money around 18 grand and i was looking to choose out a new project, I later did my research and looked for a project model and the 3rd gen acuraTL stood out to me.

I seen that the 3rd gen acura TL had a higher trim, the Acura TLS I did some research on that it looked amazing, as searched on the market to look for one I realized all the 08 Acura TLS are all high mileage the one I could find with the lowest miles was a 2008 Acura TLS with 118,xxx me personally I like my project cars to be completely stock not ran through with low mileage especially cause I want it to be in amazing condition so when i build it i don’t have to replace this and that.

After a good 2-3 hours of searching i found no low mileage 08 acura TLS models, however i did find a low mileage base Acura TL with 71xxx on the odometer, I later did some more research and found out that i can convert the TL to TLS all i’d have to get is Front/back bumper, tail lights, quad exhaust, brembo brake set, red cluster, TLS seats, i already bought a J35A8 with a manual trans and ECU cause i already had this planned for a couple of weeks so that’s out of the way i wanna know if anyone knows if im missing anything else?

is the chassis the same in terms of body panels? besides drivetrain mounts being slightly off i ready something about different body molding what does that mean the side skirts?

If yall could let me know or point me in the right direction i’d really appreciate it i could send pictures to see the progress any response counts

Thanks!
