2005 RL # 7 fuse keeps blowing

2005 RL # 7 fuse keeps blowing
Yesterday it raining buckets. So last night I go to my car and no beep beep. So I runs back in after circling the car 4 times in the pouring rain..... So now am like what the "h e" two hockey sticks. I finally get in my car with my manual key no power now am like what the DUCK! horn works fine thoe battery been tested I checked fuses found that pesky backup fuse aka #7 was blown I replaces it it blows Imediately. I tried taking the door fuse out # 7 still blows imidiatley. Any suggestions

The rain might have had something to do with it
Shorted out whatever fuse 7 is protecting
