Well, my 4th Tour should be delivered today even though Verizon messed up my shipping address. Verizon can't do anything right. When I was at Verizon on Monday, the guy told me that I could have my Tour replaced again or I could buy a new phone at full price. I almost climbed over the counter and choked the shit out of him for saying that.

I have had my Tour for 4 months and no problems. Then again, I have the old OS and the only reason I have a Tour is because I threw my Storm against a wall....I would take the Tour over the Storm anyday!

Just wait until January.....iPhone!

I hated my Storm also. I like the Tour, except it can't do remedial stuff like play the alert tones and ring tones I set it to. My sister in law works for Verizon and they've been blowing smoke up everyone's ass about getting the iPhone. Their never getting the iPhone. It's a pipe dream and a bunch of hype to string along unhappy Verizon customers so they don't cancel their contract and go to AT&T to get an iPhone. Verizon as a whole, sucks. Their phones are crap, and their service is worthless.

This was pretty damn funny though!

lol I don't think their service is that bad....for sure better than AT&T.....Verizon rarely has dropped calls. I guess it all depends where you are....I know in the NYC area Verizon > ATT. Either way....I am gonna switch to ATT once my contract is over to get the iPhone...but only if they fix all this bullshit with the new iPhone...like if you squeeze the phone too hard you lose your call...good design on that one Apple!

I drop calls all the time with Verizon. I work in Westborough on Rt 9 and 495 and my phone always dumps calls when I'm driving home from work. I expect it near where I live since it's in the middle of nowhere, but not near my office. A guy I work with just got an iPhone 4 and he loves it. He hasn't been able to replicate the squeezy droppy call issue, but he also has a case which is said to help the problem. I guess he's not holding it wrong, like Apple says people are doing. Jackasses!
