**** Official Hubbard Park - Car Show / Cookout - Sept. 27, 2009 ****
The event IS going to be held Sunday the 27th! See everyone there!
Hey everyone,
I chose a date for the Hubbard Park BBQ/carshow event!
Hosted by HBDX92 (grizzy225)(Steve)
Sunday - September 27, 2009.
From 12PM to 4PM
I chose to have this event on this date since the CCSU meet has been moved to Oct. 4th.This has been confirmed several times. I figured since most people may have this day off already and will be looking for something to do, why not fill the void in their little hearts and get a nice meet going again.
I am not going to reaching out of pocket to much on this event like last time. I will being a limited amount of food, mostly for myself and few close friends. Everyone is more than welcome to bring burger and hotdogs as they please. I will bring the stuff needed to cook what you brought.
Things I will bring:
* Cooking Supplies
* Music
* A Good Time!
If you would like to help out in anyway with the food just shoot me a PM so I have an idea what will be there so i can organize.
The location I chose for Hubbard Park is the same as the first meet hosted by me here. You can see it from the main road, there is a gazebo that we will park next to. This seems to be the best place to have our cars close by. There is a huge open field with two big BBQ pits and lots of garbage bins. Please do NOT hesitate to bring children, this is an all age event.
If you come in the main entrance of the park, its not hard to find us. If you pull in and just drive straight until you come to a stop sign, make a right and you'll run into us. BUT, to lack any sort of confusion like what happened last time with people going in the wrong way etc etc. I'm going to make a little video later on and post how to get in and to us.

Thnx for the bump. The last meet was pretty big. Hopefully this one will be bigger. Going to have the music down by the cars this time too since noone was really by the BBQ unless they were eating.
