Scuderia Toro Rosso suffered a setback yesterday[4/16] in Barcelona when Sebastien Bourdais crashed the new STR3 heavily. The team's plan was to introduce the new car in Turkey so the team will not be affected in Spain where Sebastian Vettel and Bourdais will continue to use the STR2B, but the damage to the new car may mean that the debut of the new machines will be delayed until Monaco - which is not the place a team wants to introduce a new car.

The crash happened after Bourdais had completed 71 laps although the car had previously been driven by tester Brandon Hartley at the Vairano circuit at the end of March.
