Massa on pole, Schumi P2, Renaults kept off row 2 by the Toyotas, who are most probably running a low fuel load. McLaren out of the top 10

bridgestone bought their A-game on the dry once again.

the toyboats are on a 3-stopper just to put on a show for the fans (no problem with that), but my guess is the renaults will bust by them once the lights go off.

hopeful for top 6 finish for both hondas, maybe a podium. ps, i'm glad hondas are back to their traditional red/white - wasn't used to the white/blue colors LET'S GO HONDA!!

Well then. Schumi's title chances gone up in smoke. He's conceded the driver's championship, pretty much, but says the push for the constructor's title is still on.

Decent drives from a few people I didn't expect to see this up, especially Kimi in 5th and Button in 4th.

I was elated and sorry both at the same time. I was pissed at the seemingly concerted effort by the FIA to harpoon FA's title hopes (dampers, baseless penalty) and felt it was due justice for MS's engine to shit the bed. First engine failure since 2000 French GP--incredible. I was saddened as well knowing MS won't be taking the championship w/ him into retirement unless FA fails to score a single point. Who knows, it could still happen but it would be sad to see as per MS's view. Oh well, bring on Interlagos!

Wow, that was a shocker. Who would have thought that the Ferrari would fail with just a couple of laps to go. Schumacher has always had good race luck, but it failed him this time. I'm kinda torn because I hate Ferrari, but I don't care for Alonso at all. Oh well, Button for the win next year!
