Ross Brawn is the pit strategy king !

Bad weather once again created chaotic race results in the British F1.

With Ross Brawn as team principal, an almost-bottom team (Honda) was able to go on the podium due to excellent planning, pit strategy, and type choice.

After losing Ross Brawn as team principal, a top team (Ferrari) was able to screw up so bad to have missed a podium finish.

Yeah, that was pretty amazing to see Ruben's on the podium... in 2nd place. Silverstone proves once again to be all about preparation and good weather forecasting. Ferrari's setup is now 100% obvious; lower downforce to increase straightline speed. They certainly have a longer braking distance and slower corner speed, which is why Mercedes can get them in the corners, but then have great straightine speed. No wonder they are running the super-soft compounds... they need it for the corners.

As for Honda, way to be competitive in the slowest race this year. I do give credit though. Once Honda puts a good car on the grid, Ross Brawn will easily be able to get them on the podium.

Thanks Ross. Too bad with what happened on the pit stop or Barrichello might have finished 2nd.

Haha... he was the 180 queen! I'm sure he was stomping all around the pits with a puss face after the race ended. I bet he went back to that beautiful woman of his and cried on her lap.

I again was disappointed that Fox didn't show the entire post-race interview.

Why wasn't the race in HD? Too expensive for Fox/Speed to get the feed from Bernie?
