I read a quote someone where that they said that would be the exact livery they would race with in Australian. They didn't say it wouldn't change after that but it would be what they would be starting with.
I personally had hoped for something with more yellow to it.

The 2 articles I read said there was a chance the livery might be changes prior to the first race, unless I misread it.

On the livery changing prior to Australia:
Renault's managing director Cyril Abiteboul described the single-seater seen today as a "show" car.
"What you are looking at today is more frankly a show car, to be honest. The car is in production. The fire-up is next week.
"The tests of the car, where the car will be revealed, that will be the proper car. There will be evolution of the package, the bodywork, the front wing, but that is normal F1."

The McLaren and the Renault are going to be difficult to discern on the track.

I kind of wish they would have left the little shapes that our now outlined in what appears to be gold black or carbon like on the all black design.

and it is easily picked out amongst the runners unlike the black.
