No Ross Brawn in 07

According to Autosport mag, they have it on "100% authority" Brawn will not be with Ferrari next year. Now assuming Kimi goes there, (or anyone for that matter) who becomes master tactician?

He can just phone it in from the beach.

How hard is it to tell Raikkonen to move over for Schumacher?

I agree with that. If shumi wins it,........hang em up. But he wont know until the season is done,......but he is supposed to make an announcement soon isnt he? Can he wait till everything is said and done this year?

Would you expect Schumi to keep going for another year if he doesn't end up winning the championship?

While I've never been a big MS fan, I'd much rather see him win this year and go out in style. Couple that with a certain dislike of Alonso, and it becomes easy to root for Schumi this season.

from what I was reading over on the Ferrari F1 site, it sounds like Raikkonen is def. going there next year. Ferrari will make an announcement at Monza regarding team structure for next year. Can't wait.

That's what Planet-F1 seems to be saying also. Kimi at Ferrari is an exciting prospect for sure, and maybe now he'll have another decent shot at the championship.

With both Todt and Brawn not certain for next year, maybe there's a new era on the horizon for Ferrari.

As for McLaren, we still to find out who the second driver is going to be. I can't support Alonso, so need to have someone decent in the second seat to pull for.

I would like to see him win the championship this year and then retire as well. I think he could stick around another year if he doesnt. I also have a dislike for alonso.

I think Todt signed a one year deal with Ferrari. Pretty sure I heard that during race coverage last weekend.

I didn't wake up early for last weekend's race, so I didn't catch any of the news that might have been discussed on the broadcast. I'm assuming you watch the TSN feed also.

I was basing my opinion on the following article.

Yep, TSN or SPEED,......last weekend I was watching SPEED. I am pretty sure that is what they said. I could go look for an article, but I am too lazy LOL. It might have been that they were saying he was going to announce he was staying on for another year etc,......I dunno. Assume you are right with your article.

Ok, did a bit of looking on a few sites. Has not been officially announced, but apparently he has accepted a deal that was too good to refuse to stay on for another year. So that must have been what they were talking about on speed. So its all rumors I suppose until we know for sure.
