Still remember seeing him a few times in the pits with that unlit cigar in his mouth at CART/Champ races.

Yeah for sure remember seeing him numerous times at Mid-Ohio, Toronto, and Long Beach. RIP Mr. Haas, you had some awesome times with Indycar.

Man, I hated Carl Haas back in the day. Never a fan of the Andrettis, so I always rooted against Newman/Haas. A real villain, but I definitely respected him.
