Is this list complete? Where is Corvette Racing? And is the Aston team on the list the factory one?

The Corvettes and Aston on that list are not the factory teams.

IIRC, the official list is not released until after the qualifying rounds, about a month before the race.

The M3 is an RLR car for ALMS, and I don't think they are interested in Le Mans.

oh is it different requirements? I just thought it was the same circuit but just in the US rather than in Europe...

No, they use the same technical regulations (most of the time). However, not all teams that race in ALMS go to Le Mans. Winning the class championship in ALMS gets you an automatic invitation for Le Mans. However, Team Penske won last year's LMP2 championship with the Porsche Spyder and got an automatic berth in Le Mans...which they turned down. I would think that most ALMS teams want to go to Le Mans, but often their budgets don't allow for it. Take the M3 for example. The team's budget is probably covered by BMW NA, who probably doesn't care if the car wins a race in France.

It would be wicked if the ALMS GT1 class lineup looked a little more like it does over in europe. Aston and Corvette is a good battle, but last year it was corvette vs itself basically. Fucking Aston better be back this year in ALMS. Really missed them last year at the Mosport race.
