The only problem we ran into last time was the timing issue. So clarify that? Whether we get one excuse if we miss it by a couple minutes or not. Some one got it last time right? but if its once the quali starts then for sure no pick can be put down

Hard rule for 2011. Deadline is 5am EST on Saturday morning or before start of qualifying, whichever comes first. No excuses.
